With Stephen, it’s now crucial that we provide the best service for you.

Stephen has more than 30 years of senior industry experience in the artist management field previously representing the likes of The Lighthouse Family, Dina Carroll, Urban Species, and set up Creation Management with Alan McGee in 2002. Will joined Believe Digital’s A&R team in 2010, and since June 2011 has been serving as Label A&R and Label Manager. With a passion for all things digital Will is committed to helping artists develop their careers and get their music heard online. A classically trained musician, Will plays in two bands and knows what it means to be an independent musician in the new music industry. He also works with Songs From a Room, which holds gigs in unusual places around the world, often in people’s living rooms.

Where you’ll find him… Lost in cyberspace listening to bands that don’t exist yet.

Team France:

Denis: Mastermind (CEO Europe)

Denis has been offering his keen business talents to the service of artists for years. More comfortable in front of an Excel worksheet than a sheet of music, he saw in the internet the future of music.

Jérôme: Dashboard  (Head of Communication)

He is a specialist of communication in all its forms, and Denis had to track him down in the South of France, to transform his endless Excel charts into understandable words! Thanks to Jérôme, an 8-year-old kid can now release an album online. His secret weapon? Story-boards. Because a little drawing works better than a long speech.

Where you’ll find him… Behind a tall Guinness in an Parisian Irish pub.

Laurent: Coco (CTO Europe)

Laurent aka Coco is our head of technology. Backed up by enough developers to start a football team, his brain boiling with algorithms, his piercing eyes looking for deficient tags, he plays with code and scratches vinyl in his downtime.

Where you’ll find him… Squeezing in a gym session at lunchtime, or talking about Tata, the well-known character that he used to portray on the radio.

Bastien: Haircut (Technical Team)

Bastien is our delivery-boy, who doesn’t deliver pizzas, rather he ensures your precious digital files to their rightful place in legal digital stores, at the speed of light no less! Probably. Yet, he is a very calm and thoughtful young man, who unplugs himself from the world from time to time and walks off into the sunset, his laptop on his back and USB trailing behind.

Where you’ll find him… On a deckchair, in Guadeloupe, listening to Mark Weatherlay.

Julie: Miss Sushi (Developer)

When she isn’t swimming with dolphins on the other side of the world, Julie spends her time in the Zimbalam universe checking for errors and building new tools for our artists. The rest of her time she is concocting menus and programs to make things easier for you.

Where you’ll find her… In a movie theater in front of a Walt Disney film eating Haribo.
